Generate reports > View Log

This section enables you to access most of your records. If you wish to delete a record, tap on the Edit button located at the top right of the screen and a delete icon will appear next to each record, allowing you to permanently delete that record from the database.

This enables you to have additional control over much of your data in the case of a mistaken entry or similar. Please note that regular treatment and medications do not appear here as they are pre-set data – these can be deleted via the Record Data section.

Export Data

Generate reports > Export Data

Selecting this option allows you to export all your entered data to a CSV file and e-mail it.  To add the e-mail address, tap the To: section and type in the relevant information. Once this is complete you may also choose to include a personal message in the e-mail. This e-mail can be sent by tapping on the Send button located at the top right of the screen.

Comparison Chart

Comparison Chart > Display Data Sets

The Comparison chart allows you to compare your entries visually. By default you will see your previously viewed chart.

To choose the data to display select the graph icon located at the bottom of the screen. You can tap on and select up to five different types of data to display on the chart. As each data set is selected an arrow will appear. To remove this selection tap on the data set again.

You can deselect all your entries by tapping the Deselect All button located top right of the screen. Once you have finished, select Done located in the top right corner.

View Range

Comparison Chart > Range

By selecting the calendar icon at the bottom of the screen you can enter the time period that you would like charted. You can use the pre-set suggestions or a custom range. When you have completed your selection press the blue Done button located at the top right of the screen.

Viewing your Chart

You can pinch and pull to zoom and also your device can be tilted horizontally or vertically to view your chart more easily.

To review your data set information you can press the gray information button at the top left of the screen, this produces a legend that will help you to interpret your graph. To remove the legend, tap on this icon again.

View Notes

Comparison Chart > Notes

By selecting the pencil icon on the toolbar, you can view all the notes you have entered for the time range selected. Notes for the selected time period will always be included in the PDF report.

Settings

Comparison Chart > Settings

Select the cog icon at the bottom of the screen to export your currently viewed chart to PDF. Along with your chart, all notes during the selected time period will be exported.

Comparison Charts > Home

Press the house icon at the bottom of the screen to access Chronica’s main menu.
